“Buoy 10” it self technically marks the outbound deadline for anglers before entering the bar that is a no fishing zone. Although there are many miles of fishable waters within the area, Buoy 10 represents the cut off of the Columbia river to where it directly meets the open ocean. This spot allows you to get the first pick of fresh salmon traveling across the sand bar before beginning their up river journey. Trophy fish and memories that truly last a lifetime happen every day here! Captain Dre Menefee has been fishing these waters for over 20 years and was raised on these waters. Taught strictly by his great grandfather he knows the area top to bottom. And also has a high passion teaching and showing people of all ages and places what the PNW has to offer!
